Peter Stuart assumed the role of interim Chief Executive Officer in April 2010. He has been a member of the Triton board since 2007.
A graduate of Heriot Watt University, Peter has enjoyed a career spanning more than 30 years in the energy service and equipment sectors, most notably with National Oilwell Varco.
He joined Drexel Equipment in 1985 and experienced several mergers and acquisitions, including Tuboscope and Varco, during his 21 years with the company before it became part of National Oilwell Varco in 2004.
Currently, as well as his role within Triton, Peter serves as Director of Celurca Investments Limited which has had a close working relationship with SCF Partners since May 2007, and he is also a director of ClydeUnion Ltd, Reservoir Group Ltd and Nautronix Ltd – SCF Partner’s other UK-based portfolio companies.
EUAN LEASK Chief Financial Officer
Euan Leask joined Triton Group as Corporate Development Director in 2008 before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2009. A graduate of Aberdeen University and Strathclyde University, he holds an MA(Hons) in Economics and Politics and post graduate diploma in Accounting. Following university, Euan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 with Deloitte in Aberdeen.
Since leaving the accountancy profession, Euan has pursued a career in acquisition finance initially with HBOS before moving to RBS to head up their Aberdeen based structured finance team for the last three years.
BRUCE LOKAY Regional Director Asia Pacific
Bruce Lokay was appointed Regional Director of Asia Pacific (TGH AP) in 2008. Previously Bruce held the position of Chief Operating Officer, Perry Slingbsy Systems Inc.
A graduate of Florida Institute of Technology , Bruce has 25 years of hands-on experience in the industry including 10 years in the commercial diving field as well as management roles in various US Navy and commercial hyperbaric and subsea related programs before he joined Perry Slingsby Systems in 1990.
RORY SATTERFIELD VP - Products Division
A graduate of the Naval Nuclear Power School, Rory spent 6 years in the Navy before joining Perry Slinsgby Systems at its Jupiter manufacturing facility in 1986. Having gained considerable expereince over many years service with the company, he was promoted to Vice President in 2005.
Following the opening of the facility in Houston, Rory relocated, accepting the role of General Manager before being promoted to Vice President of the Group's products division in 2009.
Rory is responsible for Perry Slingsby Systems and Sub-Atlantic.
MICK JONES VP - Rentals & Services
Mick came to Triton Group in 2009 with a wealth of experience in the equipment and service sectors.
He has held a variety of roles throughout his 20 year career in the industry from electrical engineer throught to sales & regional manager, business development to executive management.
Most recently, Mick was associated with Speedy Hire where he successfully oversaw the integration of the businesses following an acquistion process.
