MARTIN ANDERSON Chief Executive Officer

Martin Anderson was appointed CEO in February 2007 when Triton Group was established following the acquisition of Perry Slingsby Systems. A graduate of Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, he gained a BSC (Hons) in Offshore Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Strathclyde Business School.

Martin has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1984, mostly in subsea construction project management and contracting sectors. He was appointed Managing Director and CEO of Perry Slingsby Systems in 2003.


ALLAN PIRIE Chief Financial Officer

Allan Pirie was appointed CFO in October 2007.  A graduate of The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, he gained a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and thereafter trained and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1998 with KPMG in Aberdeen.

Since leaving the profession in 1999, Allan has held a number of senior financial and commercial roles in the oil and gas service sector.




STEVE RAMPTON Vice President US

Steve Rampton was appointed as Vice President US on November 1st, 2007. Before joining Triton he was Corporate Business Development manager for Helix Energy Solutions Group. Prior to joining Helix he had spent over 27 years in the survey industry, most recently as the Americas Regional Director for Thales GeoSolutions prior to the company's acquisition by Fugro in late 2003.


EUAN LEASK Corporate Development Director

Euan Leask was appointed Corporate Development Director in January 2008. A graduate of Aberdeen University and Strathclyde University, he holds an MA(Hons) in Economics and Politics and post graduate diploma in Accounting. Following university, Euan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 with Deloitte in Aberdeen.

Since leaving the accountancy profession, Euan has pursued a career in acquisition finance initially with HBOS before moving to RBS to head up their Aberdeen based structured finance team for the last three years.
